Community Enterprises Development Organization (CEDO) is a member-based, indigenous non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2000.
One of our key Areas Of Focus is to Institutional Building And Livelihoods Improvement; we therefore have a commitment to farmer development:

CEDO is a fully-fledged registered seed company moving over 100 metric tons of bean seed annually, CEDO engages more than 5,000 farming households within 9 districts in central and southern Uganda. We are a membership agricultural enterprise based in Kalisizo Town Council – Kyotera District (Central Uganda) that began as a community seed producing group focusing on Engaging members in bean seed production, collective marketing and sale to seed processors.

On top of the regular training sessions, we supply bean seeds that are drought-tolerant and disease-resistant with high yield potential namely:
